These terms govern all purchases and use of castleplanners.com. By placing an order or using this site you agree to everything below. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
1. Custom Print Orders & Cancellations
No Refunds Once Production Has Begun
All planners are custom-manufactured to order. Once an order has entered production, no refund will be issued except as provided in the 48-hour cancellation window below.
Production is considered to have begun upon the earlier of:
- Our written confirmation that your order has been submitted to print, or
- Your receipt of a production notification by email or phone.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
To cancel a production order and receive a refund, you must submit your request in writing within 48 hours of receiving your production notification. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
To submit a written cancellation:
- Email info@castleplanners.com with subject line “Order Cancellation — [Your Order Number]”, or
- Send written notice by certified mail to our business address.
Requests received after the 48-hour window has closed will not be honored. The order will be fulfilled and invoiced in full. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Order Changes & Pricing Adjustments
Changes After Order Confirmation
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes — such as quantity increases, grade-level additions, or delivery updates — when requested before or during production.
If a requested change increases the cost of the order (including additional units, upgraded materials, rush fulfillment, or expanded delivery scope), Castle Student Planners reserves the right to issue a revised invoice reflecting the higher amount, which shall constitute the final binding price.
What You Agree to When Requesting a Change
- The revised invoice supersedes any prior quote or estimate.
- Acceptance of the revised invoice — by written confirmation, revised Purchase Order, or payment — constitutes agreement to the revised price.
- If your institution requires a revised Purchase Order, obtaining and submitting it before the invoice due date is your responsibility.
Reductions to Order Size
Requests to reduce quantity or scope are subject to our approval and may not be possible once production has begun. No credit or refund will be issued for any portion of the order already produced.
3. Standard (Non-Production) Returns
For orders fulfilled from existing stock:
- Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- To initiate a return, email info@castleplanners.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned items.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if items arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Purchase Orders (Schools & Districts)
We accept Purchase Orders from accredited schools and districts. Net 30 terms are available for qualifying institutions. Submission of a PO constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 10 business days of invoice receipt. Failure to raise a timely dispute constitutes acceptance of the invoice.
6. Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your district quote. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
7. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Prices are in US dollars. Bulk pricing is confirmed via written quote before purchase. We make every effort to display product details accurately but do not guarantee descriptions or images are entirely error-free.
8. Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Purchase Orders from qualifying institutions. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
9. Force Majeure
Castle Student Planners is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, natural disasters, or labor shortages. These circumstances do not entitle you to a refund on a production order unless the order cannot be fulfilled at all.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and planner designs — is the property of Castle Student Planners and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Student Planners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
