What schools and districts ask before ordering their first branded covers.

Custom covers start at 100 units. The per-cover price drops as your quantity increases — order more and every cover costs less.
Pricing is tiered by total custom-cover quantity. As you cross each volume threshold, the per-unit rate steps down automatically — so a 500-cover order is priced lower per cover than a 200-cover order. Your exact rate is confirmed in your quote.
School or district logos, mascots, crests, custom colors, photography, and original artwork are all supported. Send us what you have — even a rough sketch — and our design team will turn it into a print-ready cover.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) reproduce best. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi) also work. If you only have a low-resolution image, our team can often recreate it — just ask.
Always. You receive a digital proof to review and approve before anything goes to print. Nothing is printed until you sign off.
Yes. Custom covers can be added to any bulk planner order. Mention your planner titles and quantities in your inquiry and we will build a combined quote.
Yes. We accept Purchase Orders from accredited schools and districts, with Net 30 terms available for qualifying institutions. Note "PO" in your inquiry and we will send a formal quote and invoice.
Custom cover orders typically ship within 10–18 business days after proof approval. For back-to-school delivery we recommend submitting artwork by June 1. Rush options are available — include your needed-by date.
