Castle Student Planners is a family-owned business founded by a lifelong educator with over 40 years in schools. We design grade-specific planners for students in Grades 1–12 and serve individual families, schools, and large school districts across the country.

We offer planners for every grade level from 1st through 12th. Each edition is designed around how students at that age organize a school week — not a generic adult planner scaled down.

Yes. Catholic and Christian editions are available at the same pricing as our standard planners. Specify the edition when placing your order or requesting a bulk quote.

Absolutely. Contact us or mention it in your bulk quote inquiry and we will ship samples at no charge so you can review the planner before committing to an order.

Individual and small orders can be placed directly through our online shop. Select your grade level, add to cart, and check out. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Use our District Bulk Quote form to describe your needs — grade levels, approximate quantities, delivery date, and number of campuses. A member of our team will build a custom quote and follow up, usually the same business day.

Yes. We accept Purchase Orders from accredited schools and districts. Net 30 terms are available for qualifying institutions. Blanket PO arrangements are available for large district programs. Mention "PO" in your inquiry and we will send a formal quote and invoice.

Yes. A district-wide program typically spans several grade levels. Bulk pricing applies to orders of 1,000 books or more — you can combine as many titles as you need to reach the minimum in a single order.

Most quotes are returned the same business day. Large multi-campus programs may take one additional day. Our team is available Monday–Friday 8am–5pm EST.

We ship to all 50 US states. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Standard district orders ship within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. For back-to-school delivery, we recommend submitting your order by June 1. Rush options are available — include your needed-by date in your inquiry.

Yes. Multi-campus delivery is available for district programs. Provide campus addresses in your inquiry and we will include split-shipment logistics in your quote.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view order status in your account under Orders.

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. District and bulk orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your order number and we will take care of you.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
