Castle Student Planners was founded by a lifelong educator who spent more than 40 years working in schools — as a teacher, an administrator, and as someone who watched students struggle to stay organized without the right tools. He didn't set out to start a business. He set out to solve a problem he saw every day in the classroom.
The first planners were designed the way only an educator could design them — not for the shelf, but for the desk. Laid out the way a student actually thinks about a school week. Built to survive a backpack. Structured to give teachers something they could actually use in the room.
Over four decades, those planners found their way into thousands of schools across the country. What started as one educator's answer to a classroom problem grew into a program trusted by districts, principals, and parents — because the person who built it never stopped being a teacher first.

The foundation my father built over 40 years in education is something I never take for granted. Castle Planners has earned the trust of schools the right way — by delivering a product that genuinely helps students and making it easy for schools to get what they need.
My role is to bring that same commitment into the modern era — a cleaner website, a simpler ordering experience for districts, and better tools to help purchasing coordinators get the right planners to the right students, on time, every year.
The planners haven't changed because they don't need to. What we're building is the infrastructure around them — so the schools that have trusted Castle for decades can keep doing so, and the ones who haven't heard of us yet can find us.
